Reaching Out
Thank you so much for taking a few moments to fill out
our community needs survey! We all have unmet
needs that we find difficult to deal with in life. Sometimes
it is the challenge of raising a family, other times it
is stretching the dollar to make it through the end of
the month, or still other times it is facing the reality
that we must live a healthier lifestyle.
Our goal is to better understand the needs in our community,
and then find resources to help meet those needs.
